Warranty repairs
Free of charge once approved by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain a work order or authority number before bringing your machine in, or alternatively bring proof of purchase.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
An $88 assessment fee applies to all out-of-warranty repairs, which covers a full inspection of your machine. We'll then prepare a detailed repair quotation and email it to you. Please note the $88 assessment fee is already deducted from your quoted repair cost — it is not charged in addition to the quote.
Courier Collection Service
Want a courier collection to Cambridge? Pack your machine securely, then email office@cafetechnica.com.au or text 0438823333 with a photo of the packed machine and your collection address — we'll book the courier for you.
