For domestic machines, we service Breville, DeLonghi, Jura, Sunbeam, Nespresso, and other leading brands. Booking a repair with Cafetechnica is straightforward. You can reach us by phone on 0466 080 677, via email, or by completing our online service request form on our website.For commercial clients, we offer both on-site callouts and workshop repairs. For domestic machines, we operate a drop-off service from our Cambridge workshop. Once we receive your enquiry, one of our team members will be in touch promptly to confirm your booking, provide an estimated timeframe, and answer any questions you may have.We recommend uploading a photo or short video of your machine when submitting your request — this helps our technicians prepare and can speed up the repair process.
For domestic machines that are out of warranty, a non-refundable $88 assessment fee applies. This fee covers our technician's time to thoroughly inspect and diagnose your machine and identify the fault.Once the assessment is complete, we will contact you with a full breakdown of the issue and a quote for the repair. At this point you have two options:— If you choose to proceed with the repair, the $88 assessment fee will be credited towards your final invoice.— If you decide not to proceed, the $88 assessment fee is retained to cover the technician's time.For machines that are still within the manufacturer's warranty period, the assessment is free of charge. Please have your proof of purchase ready when dropping off your machine.
Yes, we offer on-site repairs and emergency callouts for commercial clients across Tasmania. We understand that a coffee machine going down in a busy café or hospitality venue can have a significant impact on your business, which is why we prioritise urgent commercial repairs.For urgent callouts, please call us directly on 0466 080 677 and we will do everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible. For non-urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance, you can submit a service request via our website and one of our technicians will be in touch within 2–4 business hours.
Yes, we stock an extensive range of genuine coffee machine parts for both commercial and domestic machines. Our parts inventory includes group seals, brew units, solenoid valves, burrs, encoders, portafilters, steam wands, thermostats, PCBs, and much more.Parts can be purchased directly from our Cambridge workshop, through our online parts store, or by contacting our team. If we don't have your part in stock, we can source and order it for you. We aim to have most parts available within 1–2 weeks.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Regular preventative maintenance is the single best way to extend the life of your commercial coffee machine, maintain consistent coffee quality, and avoid costly emergency repairs.We offer scheduled servicing contracts tailored to the needs of your business and the volume your machine handles. A typical service includes a full strip-down and clean, replacement of wear items such as group seals and shower screens, descaling, calibration, and a full performance test.Contact us to discuss a maintenance schedule that works for your venue.
Yes, we offer both new and pre-owned coffee machines. Our new machine range includes leading commercial brands, and we can help you select the right machine for your business based on your volume, space, and budget.Our second hand machines are fully stripped, serviced, and tested by our technicians before being made available for sale. Every pre-owned machine leaves our workshop in excellent working condition and backed by our quality assurance.Second hand stock changes regularly, so contact us directly or check our website to see what's currently available.
Yes, we offer rental solutions for commercial clients who prefer a fixed monthly cost rather than a large upfront investment. Our rental agreements include regular scheduled servicing and maintenance carried out by our technicians, ensuring your machine stays in top condition throughout the rental period.Rental is a particularly popular option for new businesses, seasonal venues, and businesses that want to trial a machine before committing to a purchase. Repair timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the fault and the availability of parts. Simple repairs such as seal replacements or cleaning blockages can often be completed within 1–3 business days. More complex repairs involving circuit boards, electronic components, or parts that need to be ordered may take longer.Once your machine has been assessed, our team will provide you with a clear estimated timeframe and keep you updated throughout the process. We always aim to return machines as quickly as possible, particularly for commercial clients where downtime directly impacts their business.
